Privacy notice
This notice describes what personal data I process in connection with the website mapeddly.com and contact started from it, for what purpose and for how long, and what rights you have. It is based on Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). Date: 11 October 2026.

2. In short
- There is no registration on this website. Personal data only reaches me if you send the quote form or contact me directly.
- I use no analytics, advertising or tracking tools (such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or Hotjar), and the website sets no cookies.
- The website's text, images, fonts and code all load from my own hosting.
3. Quote requests through the form
In the quote form you can enter: your name, phone number, email address (optional), business type, the package you are interested in, your current website (optional) and a short message. The message also automatically includes the address of the page you send it from.
How it reaches me: the "Send request" button passes your details to the FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) form service, which emails them to contactcreativefabrication@gmail.com. The "WhatsApp instead" button sends no data from the website: a message is put together on your device and WhatsApp opens, where you send the message yourself. In that case I also receive the phone number and profile name you use on WhatsApp. When the WhatsApp link opens, the prefilled message text is passed to the WhatsApp service as part of the link.
Purpose: answering your request, getting in touch, and arranging the work you ask for.
Legal basis: your voluntary consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given by sending the form. You can withdraw it at any time (see section 7); this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Providing the data is voluntary. If you prefer not to, you can also request a quote by phone.
Retention: 1 year from the close of the matter, unless the law requires longer. After that the message is deleted.
4. Direct contact
If you contact me directly by the phone number, WhatsApp link or email address on the website, I process the details of the call or message (phone number, WhatsApp profile name or email address, and the content of the message) for the same purpose, on the same legal basis and for the same period as a form request. The buttons that copy the phone number and email address work only on your device and send no data.
5. Recipients
I do not sell your personal data or pass it on for advertising. The following providers are involved:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): forwards the form data to the email address above. Its own privacy policy is available on formsubmit.co. The provider may process data outside the European Union.
- Google (Gmail): email enquiries arrive in the Google-operated mailbox contactcreativefabrication@gmail.com. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
- WhatsApp (a Meta company service): if you contact me on WhatsApp, WhatsApp delivers the message. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies: whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy-eea.
- GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA – hosting (GitHub Pages): according to GitHub's documentation, visitors' IP addresses are logged and stored for security purposes when GitHub Pages sites are viewed. GitHub's privacy statement applies. As GitHub is based in the United States, the IP address may be processed outside the EU; according to its statement, GitHub participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
6. Cookies
This website uses no cookies and stores no data in your browser.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your personal data (GDPR Art. 15),
- rectification (Art. 16),
- erasure (Art. 17),
- restriction of processing (Art. 18),
- data portability (Art. 20),
- object to processing (Art. 21),
- withdraw your consent at any time (Art. 7(3)).
You can send your request by email, phone or post to the contact details above. I will respond without undue delay and within one month at the latest; where justified, this can be extended by two further months, and I will let you know. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
8. Complaints
If you believe the processing of your personal data breaks the law, you can complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH): Falk Miksa utca 9-11., 1055 Budapest; email: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu; website: www.naih.hu. You can also complain to the data protection authority of the EU member state where you usually live, or go to court; in Hungary, you may bring the case before the regional court (törvényszék) of your place of residence.
